Experienced In Treating

I bring specialized experience working with veteran and military populations, couples, families, and those navigating and life transitions. My work is grounded in a systems lens and a deep commitment to social and cultural justice, honoring how identity and systemic experience shape our healing.

I specialize in trauma recovery, childhood attachment wounds, emotional regulation, and supporting survivors of abuse within relationships and systems. I offer a compassionate, grounded space for those feeling stuck or overwhelmed, walking alongside them toward clarity, connection, and healing.

ABOUT ME

A native Californian, veteran, and military spouse, I spent much of my adult life embedded in the military community, living across different corners of the country and world. That life shaped me deeply. Now, I've planted roots in my beloved Southern California, opening a space dedicated to depth-oriented transformation.

I view therapy as awareness and integration of all our parts. The work is not about fixing what's broken, but gently unearthing what is ready to be seen, felt, and released. With warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, I support individuals, couples, and families in reconnecting with their inner resources and building more authentic, meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

I bring humor and levity into our work, because laughter reminds us that suffering does not have the final word  and that joy, even when buried, is never fully gone. At the same time, I am not afraid of the hard places. I will sit with you there, fully present, as a witness to your pain and all it has carried.

I approach this work as a fellow traveler and a lifelong learner. My clients continually teach me. Their depth, resilience, and inner wisdom remind me why this work matters. Together, we explore the stories you carry: the meaning made from difficult childhoods, the patterns built to maintain connection in relationships, and the beliefs formed long ago that may no longer be serving you.

From that understanding, we begin to build something new, a life more aligned with the clarity you've found, the person you are becoming, and the connections you deserve.
