Chrissy Wilson, LMFT
"May you recognize in your life the presence, power, and light of your soul." John O'Donohue
My approach is relational and shaped entirely around you because the most meaningful healing is never generic. It moves at your pace, honors your story, and trusts in your capacity to grow.
About Chrissy
As a Veteran, military spouse and mother, I spent much of my adult life living in different parts of the country and world, continually building community and connection wherever life led. Those experiences deeply shaped the way I understand people, relationships, resilience, and change. I carry that sense of shared humanity and belonging into my work, creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and gently invited back to themselves. With warmth, humor, curiosity, and compassion, I work with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate healing, growth, and deeper connection with themselves and others. My hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself and the people you love, with greater trust in your inner wisdom and the innate beauty already within you.
Approach and Training
My approach is relational, trauma ‑informed, and grounded in family systems. I pay close attention to how early attachment, trauma, and systemic forces shape our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of self through a psychodynamic lens.

Offering:
 Ketamine Assisted Therapy
Deep Transformation and Lasting Relief
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is an integrative, evidence-informed approach that combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with the depth of psychotherapy. For those who have felt stuck or haven't responded to traditional treatments, KAP opens a window for meaningful, lasting relief from depression, anxiety, and beyond. I partner with Journey Clinical for the treatment.
What is Ketamine?
Ketamine is an FDA-approved medicine that acts fast, encouraging the brain to form new connections and step out of stuck patterns. In my practice, I use the sublingual lozenge form exclusively, which is gentle and well-suited for therapeutic work.
How does it feel?
Most people find the experience peaceful and dreamlike. After the session, we transition into conversation to share clarity and meaning. The positive effects on mental flexibility can continue building for up to two weeks.
